The opening of Star Cinema’s comedy film entitled “Da Possessed” starred by Vhong Navarro and Miss Solenn Heussaff was remarkably winning for it rakes up P17 Million on opening day last April 19, 2014 (Black Saturday).
The news was announced by Star Cinema’s official
Instagram account a photo appeared on Sunday, a day after the launch of the DA
Possessed captioned:
“Da Possessed, 17M on its opening day! Napossess
na ng happiness ang buong bansa,” it said. “2nd blockbuster day na! Maraming
salamat sa napakainit na suporta.”
Da Possessed was Directed by Joyce Bernal. Also
the Movie is Vhong Navarro’s comeback project after being mauled beat up
controversy in January.
"Da Possessed" was about the story of Ramon (Vhong Navarro), a simple man whose dire need for money has pushed him to pursue a career in landscape art.He then falls in love with his boss Anna (Solenn Heussaff), a perky young woman who likes Ramon's sense of humor.The conflict begins when three restless spirits start possessing Ramon's body, leading to a series of wacky and bizarre events, similar to the tone of Navarro's previous big screen outings. "
